My room was practical and had smoke detectors for safety measures. the hotel is located very close to a quiet neighborhood surrounded by lots of nature. - Being a 15-minute walk from Aci Marina Skradin was fantastic.

The Banin in Skradin was the best accommodation in 2 months. Jakob - the host - is fantastic and always willing to help. The peacefulness of the surroundings is wonderful, and the neighbors are friendly. The location is just a 10-minute walk from the city center - with no steep hills. I loved the cozy flat - the large garden, and sitting on the veranda with a glass of wine.

New and clean place with a preserved sparrow nest. Big yard perfect for pets. Host arranged a visit to a local church. Homemade fruit on check-in. Great apartment cleanliness and comfortable bed. Beautiful and quiet nature for peaceful coffee mornings. Hosts helped us find the apartment when Google Maps was confusing.

Here, the room was not only cute but also very spacious! They had both down and hypo-allergenic pillows, which was a nice touch. the staff were super friendly and ready to help whenever you needed assistance 😊.

The apartment was spotless and well-appointed with everything needed for self-catering. The seating area in the back facing the olive trees provided a private and tranquil place to relax after our adventures. The host even brought us fresh vegetables and watermelon from his garden, which was a lovely touch. Highly recommended!

What an amazing Easter getaway we had! the hotel was sparkling clean and had a unique charm with a preserved sparrow nest. the big backyard was perfect for our furry friend to stretch his legs. the host went above and beyond, arranging for us to visit a local church that is usually closed. the location was great, just a stone's throw away from the stunning Karka reserve and with easy access to the highway. It was also a pleasant walk to the town center. We loved the comfortable apartment and convenient private parking. To top it off, the hosts even had their own brand of natural cosmetics made from herbs!

While the apartment was cozy, it would have been nice to have nets on the windows to keep out insects. We also found that the kitchen lacked some utensils and could have been cleaner.

staying at banin in skradin was an absolute delight! it surpassed my previous visit to skradin with its cozy flat, quiet location, and beautiful garden. the hosts were incredible and even allowed dogs. the only small downside was the occasional WiFi interruption, but it's understandable in a rural area. overall, a fantastic experience!

I was really excited to visit Krka National Park, so I chose to stay at Banin for its convenient location. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the accommodation's free private parking, which made it convenient for us to have a secure place to park our car. , I loved the apartment's features such as the balcony, dishwasher, and spacious dining area.

Insects can enter the apartment since there are no nets on the windows, especially because it is located in a rural area. To avoid this, it is important to keep the windows closed.
